Dr. Amanda Campbell

Dr. Amanda Campbell, MD is a board-certified dermatologist dedicated to providing comprehensive and individualized care for her patients. Her interests include acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer, surgical excision of benign and cancerous lesions, and cosmetic dermatology. She is passionate about skin cancer screening and the early detection of skin cancer through comprehensive full-body skin exams using dermoscopy. 


Dr. Campbell grew up in Northern Virginia and attended James Madison University for undergraduate training, graduating cum laude with honors. She earned her medical degree from the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine then went on to complete her advanced dermatology training at the Columbia University Medical Center in New York City.  


She is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Women’s Dermatologic Society, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. 

Dr. Campbell has authored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles on topics in both medical and cosmetic dermatology and has presented at several international and regional dermatology meetings. She is committed to providing evidence-based care and the utmost compassion for her patients of all ages and backgrounds.
