There is a Colonial Parking lot right behind the building, with the entrance on 10th Street. Parking rates are:

2 hours: $5
3 hours: $7.50
Street Parking
There is plenty of metered street parking located on 10th Street between North Quincy and North Nelson Street, adjacent to Quincy Park and Arlington Central Library.
